TYSONS CORNER, VA, Dec. 30, 2016 A report prepared by Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) recommends that Congress delegate space management responsibilities to a civilian agency, ExecutiveGov reported Thursday.
Space News reported Wednesday that NASA commissioned SAIC to produce the report that suggests various models for domestic space traffic safety governance in an effort to comply with the Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act of 2015.
