TYSONS CORNER, VA, Dec. 27, 2016 Engility (NYSE: EGL) has secured a five-year $31 million contract for cybersecurity research, evaluation and analysis services in support of the Defense Technical Information Center, ExecutiveBiz reported.
The company said Dec. 20 it will conduct assessments, independent verification and validation, site audits, software assurance and research and development work in an effort to address the cybersecurity mission requirements of the U.S. Air Force.
This new contract, a take-away win, expands our cyber security partnership with the Air Force and gives us the opportunity to bring our cyber vulnerability assessment and research expertise to support their evolving requirements, said Lynn Dugle, Engility CEO.
