TYSONS CORNER, VA, Dec. 12, 2016 A General Atomics subsidiary has commenced flight testing for a new MQ-1C Gray Eagle Extended Range unmanned aircraft system at the company’s flight operations hub in California, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.
General Atomics Aeronautical Systems is scheduled to complete MC-1C ER tests by June 2017 and subsequently begin a series of test events with the U.S. Army as part of the program’s follow-on operational test and evaluation phase, the company said Thursday.
