SAP Launches Citizen Engagement Platform to Support Government Service Delivery

TYSONS CORNER, VA, Nov. 28, 2016 ” SAP (NYSE: SAP) and UXC Oxygen have developed a citizen engagement platform that will work to allow government agencies’ to deliver omnichannel citizen services through a single, centralized user interface, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.

The citizen engagement offering is designed to support document organization, requests, payments, permits and registrations for civic services, social services, tax and revenue management and grantor requests, SAP said Tuesday.
