TYSONS CORNER, VA, Nov. 18, 2016 ” Harris (NYSE: HRS) has received certification from the National Security Agency to allow the Falcon III AN/PRC-117G manpack radio system to operate with the Defense Department‘s Mobile User Objective System waveform, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.
The company said Wednesday the AN/PRC-117G can now utilize the MUOS waveform in efforts to provide secure voice and data communications.
