TYSONS CORNER, VA, Nov. 15, 2016 IBM (NYSE: IBM) and NVIDIA have collaborated to develop a new machine learning tool that will work to train computers to learn in a human-like manner and boost their overall operational speed, ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.
IBM PowerAI is designed to operate with NVIDIA’s NVLink interconnect technology and deep learning frameworks such as Caffe, IBM said Monday.
The company aims to utilize PowerAI to expand the Watson computer system’s artificial intelligence function.
