TYSONS CORNER, VA, Oct. 24, 2016 Battelle has backed the winning bid of a team of local government units in Ohio for a $6 million grant from the Transportation Department, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.
The nonprofit company will help the Dublin, Marysville and Union counties in Ohio to establish a dedicated short-range communications system along the Northwest U.S. 33 Smart Mobility Corridor to support research on connected and autonomous vehicles, Battelle said Thursday.
