TYSONS CORNER, VA, Aug. 19, 2016 A business unit of Siemens has deployed an online asset monitoring service at NASA‘s Armstrong Flight Research Center to help evaluate the condition of critical facilities and provide recommendations for predictive maintenance measures, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.
The company said Wednesday its plant data services division installed the data-based service and a data acquisition system to feed asset status information to the Siemens Expert Center for analysis by Azima DLI and send notifications to NASA on needed maintenance work.
