TYSONS CORNER, VA, Aug. 16, 2016 ” Defense Department acquisition chief Frank Kendall has granted Milestone C approval to Boeing‘s (NYSE: BA) KC-46A Pegasus refueling tanker aircraft developed for the U.S. Air Force, ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.
Boeing is due to receive two contracts worth a combined $2.8 billion from the Air Force within a 30-day period to build a total of 19 low-rate initial production KC-46As, the military service said Friday.
