Ann Davidson, former senior vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary at Exelis, has joined L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL) as SVP, general counsel and corporate secretary.
Davidson will report to L-3 CEO Michael Strianese and succeed the retiring Steven Post, the New York City-based defense technology contractor said Monday.
Ann brings to L-3 a wealth of corporate legal expertise, and I am delighted to welcome her to our team, said Strianese.
The three-decade aerospace and defense industry veteran’s career includes roles at ITT Corp., ATK, Thales North America, Parker Hannifin Corp. and Honeywell International (NYSE: HON).
She is also a former attorney adviser and a trial attorney for the Department of the Navy‘s general counsel office.
