TYSONS CORNER, VA, July 27, 2016 ” Orbital ATK (NYSE: OA) will collaborate with space propulsion systems maker ECAPS to develop and market a green liquid propulsion system for both the government and commercial sectors, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.
The green propulsion system will work to limit environmental risks and lifecycle costs and will be based on ECAPS’ LMP-103S monopropellant technology as replacement for hydrazine-based systems, Orbital ATK said Monday.
