TYSONS CORNER, VA, July 15, 2016 Dave Wajsgras, president of the intelligence, information and services business of Raytheon (NYSE: RTN), has said the Operational Control System program with the U.S. Air Force continues to move forward with support from the service branch, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.
Reuters reported Tuesday the company was “cautiously optimistic” about the GPS ground control segment, which will undergo a mandatory review through October to determine the program’s fate.
“We’ve overcome a lot of the challenges, but there are still some in front of us… We feel good about the progress we’ve made, ” Wajsgras, an inductee into Executive Mosaic‘s Wash100 for 2016, told Reuters.
