TYSONS CORNER, VA, June 29, 2016 A subsidiary of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) in Canada and its partners including Leonardo-Finmeccanica and DRS Technologies plan to construct a training facility in British Columbia to accommodate a potential $3 billion production contract for the C-27J search-and-rescue aircraft, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.
DRS said June 22 “Team Spartan” eyes a three-storey, 73, 000-square-foot building in Comox to house training programs on the proposed aircraft.
