TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 31, 2016 Vencore will provide mission support to the U.S. Cyber Command as part of the first task order under a $460 million contract awarded through the General Services Administration, GovCon Executive reported Thursday.
The company said Wednesday the task order is worth $89 million and will commence in June.
“We are honored to expand our support and expertise to this critical component of national security, ” said Mac Curtis, president and CEO of Vencore.
Vencore is one of six companies that won positions under the contract.
