TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 24, 2016 Amanda Mason, director of strategic programs for the intelligence community at MarkLogic, believes her experience with the U.S. Air Force comes in handy as she works to drive both private and public sector support for cybersecurity learning programs, ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.
U.S. News & World Report reported Friday that Mason was one of the panelists at the U.S. News STEM Solutions Conference, where industry and government leaders spoke of efforts to promote science, technology, engineering and math education to build up the cybersecurity workforce.
Mason noted that the public and private sectors can work together to help cybersecurity students gain hands-on experiences.
