Sevatec has named Anantha Bangalore, former chief technical officer at Blackstone Technology Group, as chief technology officer to oversee the development of technology offerings and partnerships.
The Fairfax, Virginia-based technology services contractor said Tuesday Bangalore brings with him 20 years of experience in information technology, most recently at BTG where he led technical strategy and services delivery.
Bangalore is the principal architect of the Self Cleansing Intrusion Tolerance server security platform that works to convert static servers to dynamic servers.
He also previously worked at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) as senior systems architect and was in charge of strategy and business development for opportunities in electronic health records, personalized medicine and tissue banks.
