TYSONS CORNER, VA, April 19, 2016 John Kendall, Unisys (NYSE: UIS) director of public sector and security programs for the Asia-Pacific region, has said iris scanning technology can help border security agents monitor people who enter the U.S., ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.
Kendall wrote in a blog post published Friday that agents can use databases of iris scans to identify travelers included in “most wanted” criminal lists, as facial recognition technology could likely turn up people with similar facial structures.
