TYSONS CORNER, VA, February 29, 2016 A Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) executive has said the company will work to cover the production of F-35 aircraft through a potential international block buy in fiscal year 2017, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.
Defense News reported Thursday Jeff Babione, Lockheed’s F-35 program manager, told reporters the company will need to determine within the next six months if F-35 international partners will take part in a block buy to prepare the Lockheed supply chain.
