TYSONS CORNER, VA, February 8, 2016 ” CACI International (NYSE: CACI) President and CEO Ken Asbury has said the company will focus on organic growth following its $550 million acquisition of L-3 Communications‘ (NYSE: LLL) national security solutions unit, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.
Asbury said in an interview published Thursday on The Wall Street Journal that CACI will work to integrate the newly acquired U.S. government services business over the next year or so.
