AT&T to Provide IP Service for FCC Cloud Adoption; Mike Leff Comments

TYSONS CORNER, VA, January 14, 2016 — AT&T (NYSE: T) will provide an Internet Protocol service to the Federal Communications Commission to support mobile and cloud-based applications under a five-year contract, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.

AT&T said Tuesday it aims to establish a connection between data centers and offices within FCC as part of the agency’s cloud adoption efforts.

Mike Leff, vice president for civilian agencies at AT&T’s government solutions business, said the company will work to deliver optimized technology and cloud services to FCC.
