NASA has awarded a contract worth up to $98 million to ASRC Federal System Solutions for financial, project planning and control support services. The Program Analysis and Control Bridge Contract has a 13-month period of performance that commenced on May 24 and includes cost-plus-fixed-fee and indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity components, the agency said Friday.
The bridge contract covers accounting, documentation, scheduling, configuration management and security compliance. Work will be performed at the NASA Headquarters in Washington, Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland and Langley Research Center in Virginia.
The company’s Agile Decision Sciences subsidiary is also aiding NASA’s management of spectrum utilization and analyzing radio frequency interference as part of a $74.8 million contract awarded in 2021.
ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics also secured the Repairs, Operations, Maintenance and Engineering, or ROME, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract in 2023 for architect, engineering, construction, operations, maintenance and information resources services. The ROME IDIQ is valued at $320 million and has a potential five-year period of performance.
Details of NASA’s Next Program Analysis and Control Program
NASA recently published the draft request for proposals for the Program and Analysis Control VI program. In the documents published on SAM.gov in March, the agency said it plans to conduct a set-aside competition for the single award IDIQ.
Work on the new contract will commence in May 2026.
