PSC Names 2025 Board Officers, Executive Committee & Board Members

The Professional Services Council has elected DLH President and CEO Zachary Parker, Amentum CEO John Heller and CGI Federal President Stephanie Mango as its board officers for 2025. 

PSC said Thursday Parker and Heller will continue to serve as the council’s board chair and vice chair, respectively, while Mango will continue as secretary.

In addition to Mango, other industry leaders who will serve on PSC’s executive committee for a term of one year are:

  • Andy Green, Executive Vice President, HII Mission Technologies
  • Babs Doherty, President and CEO, Solerity
  • Bruce Caswell, President and CEO, Maximus
  • Janet Clement, CEO, Jefferson Consulting Group
  • John Mengucci, President and CEO, CACI International
  • Julian Setian, CEO, SOSi
  • LaJuanna Russell, President and CEO, Business Management Associates
  • Lynn Ann Casey, CEO, Arc Aspicio
  • PV Puvvada, CEO, NetImpact Strategies
  • Ron Ash, CEO, Accenture Federal Services
  • Thomas Bell, CEO, Leidos
  • Threase Baker, President, ABBTech Professional Services
  • Tina Wilson, CEO, T47 International

PSC also unveiled the 30 new and renewed board members who will serve on the board for three-year terms. They include Byron Bright, president of government services at KBR; Jon Dorn, vice president of business winning at BAE Systems’ intelligence and security business; John Ustica, president and CEO of Siemens Government Technologies; and Bill Webner, chief executive of Allocore.

Heller, Mango, Green, Bell, Mengucci, Setian, Puvvada, Bright, Ustica and Webner are all Wash100 Award recipients.
