Bill Luebke, formerly principal accounting officer, senior vice president and controller at Peraton, has been named chief financial officer at Agile Defense, succeeding Daniel Yuly, who will transition into a new role at the company.
Luebke will be responsible for overseeing the overall financial management and strategy functions at Agile Defense and help drive company growth, the information technology services provider said Wednesday.
“Today marks a pivotal moment in our company’s journey as we welcome Bill Luebke as our new chief financial officer. With Bill’s proven track record and visionary leadership, we are poised to elevate our financial strategies and drive sustainable growth,” said Rick Wagner, CEO of Agile Defense and a six-time Wash100 awardee.
Prior to joining Agile Defense, Leubke helped manage Peraton’s corporate operations following its acquisition of Perspecta in May 2021.
At Perspecta, Leubke handled the analysis, interpretation and control of financial records across the enterprise.
Before that, he was vice president and controller at CSRA, now part of General Dynamics‘ (NYSE: GD) information technology division, and head of global internal audit and enterprise risk management at CSC.
