Onepath Systems Becomes Wholly-owned Subsidiary of Albers Aerospace

Albers Aerospace has completed its deal to take over Onepath Systems, a turnkey services provider to the Department of Defense now a wholly-owned subsidiary of the former.

As a result of the acquisition, Onepath will become part of Albers’ defense business, strengthening the parent company’s presence in the aerospace and defense markets, Albers said Thursday.

The transaction combines Albers’ capabilities in systems engineering, defense manufacturing and aviation services with Onepath’s expertise in onsite installation, operations and maintenance and technical integration.

Onepath has been a DOD contractor for 18 years. Its president, Adam Waxman, will stay on as head of the subsidiary while taking on a new role as vice president of connectivity at Albers’ defense division.

“Integrating Onepath with our existing operations and recent acquisitions fortifies our commitment to delivering unparalleled support and value to our warfighter and partners worldwide,” said John Albers, CEO and president of Albers Aerospace.
