Ten historically underutilized businesses have been selected by the Department of the Air Force to provide construction services at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam.
The Pacific Air Forces contract resulting from the requirement has a maximum value of $700 million if all options are exercised, according to a pre-award notice posted Wednesday on SAM.gov.

Infratech International
Modern International
Pacific Rim Constructors
Reliable Builders
Serrano Construction
Techni-Con
Weldin Construction
According to the solicitation for the requirement, the government would issue a multiple-award, firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a five-year base period and a two-year option period.
Contract work would include the repair and alteration as well as construction of real property at Andersen AFB and Northwest Field in Guam.
