SAIC’s Ravi Dankanikote Returns as Executive Mosaic’s 4×24 Business Development Group Chair

Ravi Dankanikote, senior vice president of business development at SAIC, has been selected as chair of Executive Mosaic’s 4×24 Business Development Group.

The 4×24 leadership series connects top federal officials and government contracting industry experts to discuss the U.S. government’s most important challenges and priorities. Program events offer these leaders an engaging space to exchange insights and discover solutions for critical federal missions.

In his role as chair, Dankanikote will guide the team of influential business development executives through these crucial discussions.

Dankanikote was appointed to his current position at SAIC in January 2021, and he is responsible for overseeing all business development lifecycle operations, including demand creation, shaping, capture, proposal execution and campaigns. Prior to joining SAIC, he spent 27 years at CACI, most recently as senior vice president of strategic growth and governmentwide acquisition contract operations.

“Business development is the engine that keeps our vast GovCon ecosystem running, and it’s essential for the vitality and growth of this GovCon industry,” said Jim Garrettson, CEO of Executive Mosaic and founder of the 4×24 program. “We’re excited to welcome back Ravi to head our 4×24 BD Group for a third season of insightful and productive forums with GovCon leaders.”

“Ravi is not only a seasoned BD expert with more than three decades of senior level experience, but he’s also a charismatic team leader amongst his peers, working to weave the cooperative executive fabric that our government relies on to continuously deliver integrated solutions,” Garrettson added.
