Jo Ann Bjornson, a human resources executive, has joined V2X (NYSE: VVX) as senior vice president and chief HR officer.
V2X said Tuesday she will directly report to President and CEO Chuck Prow as part of the executive team and will oversee recruitment, talent management, compensation, benefits, leadership development and other initiatives related to the company’s global HR operations and strategy.

He added that Bjornson’s expertise in human capital management will play a key role in advancing the company’s business culture and growth initiatives.
Bjornson brings to V2X over 20 years of experience in the field of recruitment, HR business partnering and compensation across the defense, federal civilian, intelligence, health and commercial markets.
She came to V2X from Leidos (NYSE: LDOS), where she most recently served as SVP and HR executive for the company’s business focused on health information technology, managed services and life sciences.
Bjornson served as a member of the Workforce and Education Executive Committee within the Virginia Chamber of Commerce and past president of the Society for Human Resource Management’s Northern Virginia chapter.
