Advanced Technology Leaders Wins $365M Army Technical Assistance Contract

Advanced Technology Leaders has won a potential five-year, $365 million contract from the U.S. Army to support the program executive office for simulation, training and instrumentation under the third iteration of the Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance program.

Army Contracting Command received 17 bids for the SETI III firm-fixed-price contract and expects work to run through June 4, 2028, the Department of Defense said Monday.

Funding and work locations will be determined upon award of each task order.

The contractor will support PEO STRI, which helps optimize warfighter readiness by providing training aids, simulators, instrumentation, targets and threat simulators and modeling platforms.

The SETI III contract’s scope includes administrative support, program oversight and related assistance, independent verification validation and test evaluation, sustainment and operation, prototype development, security cooperation and subject matter expertise on military techniqes, tactics and procedures, according to the performance work statement.

Potential areas of growth include cyber and information warfare, unmanned vehicles, robotics, multisensory simulation, home station training, artificial intelligence, medical training, environment modeling and human performance training.
