A partnership between Boeing (NYSE: BA) and Textron‘s (NYSE: TXT) Bell subsidiary booked a three-year, $482.3 million contract modification to manufacture additional CMV-22B Osprey aircraft for the U.S. Navy.
The fixed-price-incentive award expands the scope of Bell Boeing Joint Project Office’s existing contract to supply four more units of the military tiltrotor platform, the Department of Defense announced Friday.
