Koren Odermann, Mary Shambora Take Business Development VP Roles at CSA; Ronald ‘Fog’ Hahn Quoted

GovCon industry executives Koren Odermann and Mary Shambora have joined the leadership team of Client Solution Architects as vice presidents to help CSA advance growth initiatives and expand the company’s presence in existing and new markets, GovCon Wire has learned.

Odermann will serve as VP of business development for the Army and other agencies, including the departments of Veterans Affairs and Homeland Security, and Shambora will help drive growth in the Navy business and explore market opportunities as VP of business development for the Navy, CSA said Thursday.

“Koren and Mary are positioned to drive growth and infuse innovation and best practices into their business verticals,” said Ronald “Fog” Hahn, chief growth officer at CSA.

“Their decades of experience directly supporting client missions and growing their organizations will help keep CSA competitive and agile in today’s rapidly changing federal landscape,” Hahn added.

Odermann previously served as a senior program manager at Cubic‘s mission performance solutions business focused on ground training initiatives for the departments of Defense and Energy and foreign military sales customers.

She held product management positions within the U.S. Marine Corps as a civilian officer and was responsible for delivering collective and synthetic training systems, supporting the foreign comparative testing program submissions and creating new acquisition programs for the service branch.

Before CSA, Shambora was the Navy account executive at MAG Aerospace. She previously worked at HII (NYSE: HII) as cyber mission training solutions director.

She spent two decades in the U.S. Navy and held various roles supporting the Allied Joint Forces Command South Headquarters and training commands.

Virginia Beach, Virginia-based CSA provides enterprise information technology, training and operational support services to defense and federal government customers.
