Deep Water Point has closed its acquisition of management consulting firm Wolf Den Associates and changed its name to Deep Water Point & Associates as part of a rebranding effort.
The new corporate name reflects the combination of two companies into a single entity focused on delivering a suite of management consulting services to federal businesses and select government agency customers, Deep Water Point & Associates said Tuesday.
Deep Water Point & Associates will operate with over 450 professionals with experience in mergers and acquisitions, operations, business development and capture and proposal and expertise in defense, federal civilian and intelligence markets.
In November, Deep Water Point agreed to buy Wolf Den as part of efforts to expand the delivery of full lifecycle growth support services to federal market customers.
