Ten companies have won spots on a potential eight-year, $1 billion contract vehicle to carry out construction projects for the U.S. Navy at various government installations across six states.
Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command received 24 bids for the firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the Department of Defense said Monday.
Contractors will compete to build, renovate and repair facilities in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah.
