He will be responsible for leading CSA’s leadership team development and organizational growth strategies in his new capacity, the company said Wednesday.

The two-decade industry veteran joined the management and technology consultancy from Amentum, where he previously served as SVP for the advanced technology office and led business development and solution design efforts aimed at emerging markets.

Johnson also held various leadership positions at Exelis, ITT and Collins Aerospace. He retired from the military in 2002 after serving as chief of staff at the Communications Electronic Command.

“His deep knowledge of the federal market will help expand our footprint to deliver much-needed capabilities to new and existing customers,” said Ronald “Fog” Hahn, chief growth officer of CSA.
