Carahsoft Books $138M DSCA Order for Software Licenses, Services

Carahsoft Technology will provide the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency with ServiceNow licenses, learning credits and support services as part of a $138.1 million hybrid firm-fixed-price/labor hour call order.

The recent award was made under the company’s blanket purchase agreement with the Department of Defense for the Enterprise Software Initiative, DOD said Monday.

The BPA covers software products, subscriptions, maintenance, support and services for information technology asset management efforts.

Carahsoft will perform work in Reston, Virginia, until Sept. 16, 2027, if all options are exercised.

DCSA’s acquisition and contracting unit obligated $19.4 million in fiscal 2022 defense working capital funds and $5.9 million in operation and maintenance allocations at the time of the award.
