Shaveta Joshi, former chief human resources officer at Serco, has been appointed to the same position at ASRC Federal where she brings more than 15 years of HR experience to her new position.
She will lead a team responsible for HR business processes and compliance, talent acquisition and development, employee compensation and benefits, ASRC Federal said Wednesday.
Her professional experience also includes employee communications, financial performance, organizational governance and change management functions.
Jennifer Felix, president and CEO of ASRC Federal, said Joshi has the ability to align critical HR management elements with business strategy.
Joshi holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from George Mason University and an MBA from Georgetown University.
