Sean Roche, Gary Slack Join CTC Board; Ed Sheehan Quoted

Sean Roche, former associate deputy director of the CIA, and XLA President and CEO Gary Slack have joined the board of directors of Concurrent Technologies Corp.

They fill the seats vacated by Howard Picking III and Mark Pasquerilla, who previously led the CTC board and its finance committee before their terms’ expiry, the company said Monday.

Roche is part of President Joe Biden’s intelligence transition team and provided enterprise-level change leadership within the U.S. intelligence community and the Department of Defense.

Slack has more than 35 years of government contracting industry experience and his career includes time at QinetiQ North America and BAE Systems Inc.’s combat systems business. He also serves as a board member of Enterprise Ventures Corp., a CTC affiliate.

Ed Sheehan, president and CEO of CTC, said board members work to guide the nonprofit corporation through business landscape challenges and help prepare the company to “lead the way” in technological innovations.

Jeffrey Harris, former assistant secretary for space at the Air Force and director of the National Reconnaissance Office, serves as the nonprofit corporation’s board chairman.
