Andromeda Systems Gets $89M Navy Aircraft, Support Equipment Maintenance IDIQ

Jeff Brody

Andromeda Systems has landed a potential five-year, $89.1M contract to maintain aircraft platforms and associated systems for the U.S. Navy.

The company will help the service branch sustain reliability of service planes, engines and various technologies such as avionics, weapons, electrical and aircrew escape systems.

Work under the cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will also involve maintenance of avionics and non-avionics, aircraft launch and recovery equipment, and fleet readiness center and depot equipment.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division issued the contract after a small business set-aside competition.

Contract work is scheduled to occur through March 2025 at various areas within the continental U.S.

Virginia Beach, Va.-based Andromeda Systems offers information technology, predictive maintenance, engineering, supportability analysis, optimization, acquisition and program management services.
