Ryan Bissett Named ManTech Homeland Security Division Director

Ryan Bissett, a more than two-decade information technology industry veteran, has joined ManTech International (Nasdaq: MANT) as program director for the firm’s homeland security division, G2Xchange ETC reported Friday.

He most recently served as vice president of service delivery at Agil3Tech Solutions, where he oversaw business development and capture management activities for the Falls Church, Va.-based cybersecurity firm.

Prior to joining A3T, Bissett spent over a decade at CACI International (NYSE: CACI) and held program management roles for the company’s U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services portfolio as well as its L3 National Security Solutions business.

He also handled profit and loss operations for Belcan's government segment as VP for enterprise IT and served across leadership roles at Tridian Network Solutions.
