Julie Anna Barker Joins ManTech’s Mission Cyber, Intell Solutions Group as HR VP; Rick Wagner Quoted

Julie Anna Barker, formerly director of human resources at Northrop Grumman's (NYSE: NOC) global services division, has been appointed vice president of HR within the mission cyber and intelligence solutions group at ManTech International  (Nasdaq: MANT).

ManTech said Monday Barker will oversee the group's HR planning and strategic talent acquisition initiatives in her new position.

She held a 14-year career at Northrop and previously worked for Datatrac Information Services and Virginia Commerce Bank.

“Julie Anna’s experience in developing innovative programs that advance the capabilities and careers of top-flight technology personnel make her an excellent match for our objective of being the employer-of-choice in government services contracting,” said Rick Wagner, president of ManTech's MCIS business and a 2019 Wash100 awardee.
