Red Hat Pushes ‘Open Organization’ Model in Building Cyber Workforce


TYSONS CORNER, VA, November 6, 2018 — Red Hat (NYSE: RHT) has outlined the way an “open organization” approach can help the government and military develop their cyber workforce by building on both mission outcome and performance, ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.

The company said in a Federal News Network article posted Friday that the open organization model’s focus on transparency and collaboration and prioritization of knowledge and ability over rank work to better engage individuals and drive efforts toward shared goals.
