PAE ISR Earns Interim Flight Clearance for VTOL Resolute Eagle Drone


TYSONS CORNER, VA, November 28, 2018 — A joint venture of PAE and AOC has secured a Group 3 interim flight clearance from Naval Air Systems Command that serves to verify the airworthiness of a vertical-takeoff-and-landing unmanned aircraft system, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.

PAE ISR said Monday the Resolute Eagle VTOL variant has been verified for flight operations in line with the requirements of a $1.73B NAVAIR contract for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance support to land and maritime UAS fleets.
