TYSONS CORNER, VA, September 4, 2018 — ManTech International (Nasdaq: MANT) will lead an industry team that will work to build a cloud-based Persistent Cyber Training Environment prototype for the U.S. Army through an “other transaction agreement” with Consortium Management Group, ExecutiveBiz reported Aug. 22.

The team will utilize ManTech’s software, cyber and systems engineering background with the learning management platforms and infrastructure development capability of nontraditional defense subcontractors such as Ultimate Knowledge Institute and C5 Cyber Partners, ManTech said Aug. 21.

“This collaborative effort will join ManTech’s proven strengths with the core capabilities of our partners, culminating in the Army’s biggest cyber program,” said Kevin Phillips, president and CEO of ManTech and a two-time Wash100 awardee.
