Lockheed Martin Continues F-35 Deliveries After DoD Repair Cost Agreement

TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 9, 2018 — Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) has reached an agreement with the Defense Department on matters related to the cost of F-35 repairs and has resumed deliveries of the aircraft to the military, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.

Reuters reported Tuesday that the F-35 Joint Program Office indicated the deal covers the cost of performing updates on the fighter aircraft to address an error discovered in late 2017 and clears the way for continued F-35 rollout to the Pentagon.
