CIA to Run OSINT, Big Data Intelligence Experiments on AWS Cloud

TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 14, 2018 — An Amazon Web Services-built cloud platform will be used by CIA to perform open-source intelligence and big data experiments in partnership with industry experts, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.

The agency aims to partner with companies for the five-year Mesa Verde project that will use the C2S unclassified cloud platform to analyze data workloads and apply data visualization, sentiment analysis and natural language processing techniques to generate insights, Bloomberg Government reported Thursday.
