Raytheon, Navy Test JSOW C Missile on Lockheed’s F-35C Fighter Jet


TYSONS CORNER, VA, April 19, 2018 — Raytheon (NYSE: RTN) has completed developmental tests on the Joint Standoff Weapon C warhead in collaboration with the U.S. Navy and F-35 fighter aircraft manufacturer Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.

The test looked at the integration of JSOW C, an air-to-ground missile with a GPS-inertial navigation system, with the F-35C jet variant in preparation for full deployment in 2019, Raytheon said Tuesday.
