Terri Thomas to Lead ACT I Proposal Development Center; Neil Albert Comments

Terri Thomas, a federal market veteran with more than 20 years of proposal management experience, has been named director of Advanced Concepts and Technologies International‘s Proposal Development Center.

ACT I said Thursday she will oversee the company’s efforts to develop, facilitate and produce prime and subcontract proposals as part of its corporate growth strategy.

“Thomas’ expertise in building, managing, and leading a proposal development center and proposal teams will greatly enhance ACT I’s ability to respond to new contract requirements,” said ACT I President Neil Albert.

She has worked with multiple government contractors that offer information technology, program management, cybersecurity, financial management and cost estimating services.

Thomas is a member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association and the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.
