Patriot Defense Adds to Military Services Portfolio With Innovative Logistics Buy

Orlando, Florida-based Patriot Defense Group has acquired Innovative Logistics for an undisclosed sum to bolster mission critical service offerings for military clients.

Innovative Logistics offers expeditionary services to the U.S. Special Operations Command and serves as a third-party provider of logistics support to conflict zones, hostile environments or frontier economies outside the U.S., the Orlando Economic Partnership said Thursday.

Todd Wilcox, PDG executive chairman, said the deal marks the defense and intelligence services firm’s second acquisition in the past six months.

PDG purchased Arlington, Virginia-based Silverback 7 five months ago as part of a national security market push.
