General Dynamics Unit to Sustain Control Systems on US, UK Submarines

TYSONS CORNER, VA, Nov. 10, 2017 — A General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) business unit will help sustain the attack weapon control and fire control systems for the U.S. Navy‘s SSGN guided-missile submarines and the U.K. navy’s SSBN ballistic missile submarines under a $25.7 million contract, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.

The Defense Department said Wednesday General Dynamics Mission Systems will perform work at locations in Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts and Washington state through December 2020.
