General Dynamics IT Unveils Contact Center Jobs to Support Census Bureau Contract

TYSONS CORNER, VA, Nov. 21, 2017 — A General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) business unit has opened more than 40 job opportunities at its contact center in Jacksonville, Florida, to support work under a previously awarded contract by the U.S. Census Bureau for census questionnaire assistance services, ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.

The Jax Daily Record reported Friday that General Dynamics Information Technology seeks customer service representatives and quality assurance specialists with fluency in second languages such as Arabic, Korean, Filipino, Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish and Vietnamese.
