CA Launches Open Source Software Dev’t Contest to Support Gov’t Services


TYSONS CORNER, VA, Nov. 17, 2017 — CA Technologies (Nasdaq: CA) has launched a software development competition that seeks new open source technologies that will work to build on citizen experience with government agencies, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.

The company said Wednesday the CA Smart Government Challenge will provide an opportunity for U.S.-based developers to access technical and business support from the CA Accelerator startup incubator, a grand prize of $75,000 and entry into the CA Accelerator Boot Camp in their effort to build software for government services.
